Maps of the ‘Loughborough and Sheepshed Railway’ - Scans of maps from 1898 of the proposed branch railway from Loughborough Central to Shepshed.

Signal Box Diagrams and Tables of Electrical Controls - A selection of Signal Box Diagrams on ex-GCR and ex-GNR lines in Leicetershire and Nottinghamshire, and some Tables of Electrical Controls.

Royal Agricultural Show Leicester 1924 - Map and details of this show which made use of the ex-GCR Abbey Lane Sidings.

Leaflet from April 1969 about the Main Line Preservation Group - The group was newly formed with the aim of preserving some of the GCR between Leicester and Ruddington which was about to close. It was the predecessor to the present Great Central Railway
